What are you pleasantly surprised about when finally going bionic (having an implant)? This could be both mental and physical.
And what caught you off guard, in other words, what was more challenging than you expected it to be?

My urologist is very against the implant because of 2 main reasons:
- The erection will feel much less natural and isn’t that great at all
- The implant will result in a floppy head

Could you react to these statements? Do you agree?

I have read that many of you are able to feel the cylinders when deflated but what about when being fully inflated? Can you feel the cylinders on both sides or is it just “one piece” like a normal erection would feel to the touch?
