I was thinking more in terms of helping the corpus to be more relaxed from the residual benefits of the meds and maybe help with the sizing in the surgery. sometimes i get a better erection 24 hrs after those meds.

I hear you and largely agree. Reading about failures and needing multiple implants causes concern but i get its a small percentage and working with an experienced doctor makes a difference.
