Re: Titan or ams?
I chose AMS based on a few things, and was happy that Dr. Clavell recommended AMS before I told him what I was leaning towards. I wanted his separate opinion, not a confirmation of mine. I know for a fact he installed a Titan just prior to my surgery and many her on FT have a Titan by Dr. Clavell, ...

Re: MRI with implant revision
Yes. Oversizing is definitely something we can't live with. We get the implant to have a rigid erection. 70% isn't a good erection at all.

Re: MRI with implant revision
Chiming in here. Titan has its cons: tubing, auto-inflation, dog ears (not sure if permanent or till cylinders get soft), and more rigid in flaccid state. On the other hand, AMS has a bigger pump and the corners and the shape with sharp edges aren't comfortable. Regarding the shape, Titan makes the ...

Re: MRI refusal with implant
It is good that they could manage to check it by endo and biopsy. I hope it is not a serious issue. Let us know how it goes.

Re: Massachsetts Surgeons??
Thinking about revisions before having implant would encourage anyone from taking this step. So, just try to focus on your upcoming procedure, select the right surgeon, and enjoy your life. No one knows how the implant will last. It can go for 20 years or might break in a year or so, but implants ar...

Re: MRI with implant revision
I think your only issue is oversizing, and both AMS and Titan would be good for you. If you got the correct size, you may have loved your Titan. In the revision, the doctor may put a cylinder 1/2cm shorter than the one you currently have. I don't have a Titan implant. I chose AMS for its flaccid loo...

Re: MRI with implant revision
I hope everything goes well with you. It will nice if your doctor can get your revision in a hospital at no cost. Will keep following your updates.

Re: MRI refusal with implant
Sorry newbie to hear about this issue. My prayers for you to get well soon. I hope your doctor can get the scan done for you at a different hospital. It is necessary to get a second opinion of a radiologist. Also, I see some members here had and or going to have MRI on the implant itself (Frank66665...

Re: Massachsetts Surgeons??
Locally, there is dr. Kramer in Cape Cod. Many FT members believe he is a high-volume and are happy with their results. I am not a fan of him, although I was before. In my opinion, for this type of surgery, and if your insurance covers, you may need to look in other states. Many people fly thousands...

Re: My implant journey / Rigi10 Malleable
Malleable implants are considered the easiest compared to inflatable ones. If this surgeon can't do a malleable properly, how would he do if it is a 3-piece? If your insurance covers the revision in Turkey, you can get a 3-piece with a good doctor. After finding FT, I am sure that you are now very e...
