Re: Almost one month into surgery malleable

I wish you luck with your implant. I can't answer this question, as I don't have experience with malleables. I know size gain is a result of cycling with inflatable implants, and I am wondering if guys with malleables could regain size or notice any increase in length or girth after a couple of mont...

Re: Recently married, new wife hates the implant

Ive been single for around 12 years. Ive had ED all that time and was finally implanted around a year and a half ago. I lost 2 full inches and around an inch and a half in girth. Those two inches were important in maneuvering during sex and trying different positions. Im now 6 inches on my best day...

Re: Recently married, new wife hates the implant

I have not posted here for a while. My wife and I were having sex once a week in Saturday nights. Once she figured out that I expected that each week she announced that she has Lost her Libido and no longer desired sex. I was devastated. She liked the implant just fine and did not complain of any p...

Re: Twofer or not twofer

I also had inguinal hernia on both sides. I had one on the right side done about 20 years before my implant. The left one I had it with a mesh one year before implant. Before going to the implant, they did ultrasound for these hernia locations. The one with the mesh was good, but there was a small o...

Re: Is your wife/partner aware of your implant ?

My belief is most women, if not all, won't tell their partners that they know he has an implant. There are many reasons they could just be silent about it and just enjoy it. For some, it is about not to bring up something that the man doesn't want to talk about. Others may believe that he should tel...

Re: AMS implant

I am not sure why your surgeon is saying that you will end up with about4 -4 4.5 inches, while your present length is 6". AMS is a good choice for your size, but just make sure that you have the right surgeon for the job. You may try to get a second opinion. If the surgeon undersize you, there ...

Re: Chances of revision surgery

I don't think it is something serious. Could be just swelling that needs some more time to heal. Maybe your doctor will ask you to apply warm compresses and icing.

Re: Regret, lately

Welcome back Aslanglobal to the forum. It's been long time since we hear an update from you. I understand your frustration with the positions and angle. Maybe after being activated, you didn't really inflate to the max for some reason and things stayed the same after that. Having a big girth is a bl...

Re: Curve

I believe yes. I also started to get the left curve and a mid-shaft hinge after using Trimix, although I didn't use it for more than about 6 months, and not that often. Usually, implant surgeons recommend Titan or AMS CX for men with Peyronie's, due to their higher rigidity than AMS LGX. These cylin...
