Is that a 3 piece Inflatable? I am trying to come up with the cash to have 3 piece inflatable prosthetic surgery. Was initially considering 1 piece malleable but I'm afraid of the possibility of tissue damage from permanent erection.

Thinking of getting malleable cause I am running out of options and it is the only one covered by insurance. Any input would be welcome regarding performance and loss of girth and or length and anything else relevant?
