Is this a kink in my flaccid titan? It seems to hurt there and cause issues when sleeping towards the side.

Exact same thing happened to me. I did a post up about this recently too.

I have now reduced the intensity of cycling and it seems to have helped.

Try going 2 x 30m or 20m, gradually increase.
