Idk what could have caused your VL, but 5ARi like finasteride, durasteride cause venous leak in young men. Apparently it has been reported that even Saw Palmetto can also cause similar effects as DHT blockers. Most VL are based on loss of smooth muscle cells that are replaced by collegen. Sucks! Sca...
