Almost as hard as before, I'm still adjusting my trimix dosage. But when I angle my penis upward to where it was before the surgery it painful. Before my RP surgery my erection angle was around 1:30 to 2:00 and now it at 4:30 to 5:00.

Why are my erections facing downward after radical prostatectomy? I had RP last year in March and I'm now using Trimix
30-2-60. Also, I used a VED for the last year.

Is it normal for the erection angle to change after radical prostatectomy? My erection was at about 2 o'clock and now it at 5 o'clock.

At 40 units my erection were around 80-85% and lacked rigidity. My doctor prescribed the new strength and the direction are as follows; Inject 0.1ML (10 units) as needed. May increase by 10 units until desired effect.
