Re: 34 year old - Coloplast Titan surgery yesterday 7/13/22 by Dr. Clavell in Texas: detailed report w/ photos and Q&A
I have spoke with Dr. Clavell a few times, he is an excellent doctor and definitely a high volume surgeon. Did he perform a scrotoplasty as well? Thanks, North329 Dr. Clavell did my IPP and performed a scrotoplasty during the same surgery. The funny thing is that we didn’t discuss it beforehand, as...

Re: Girth expectations
Titan expands up to 24mm. I would imagine that if you can get full expansion that would give you over 6. Is that the XL Titan or the normal? I'm on the 22cm, missed the XL implant by a couple centimeters. I'm also interested in where you were able to find the max diameter of the Titan cylinders, I ...

Re: Increase size possible?
My girth is 5.5 cm fully pumped Titan 22cm. I assume you mean 5.5”, not cm, right? Is that girth measured around the middle of the shaft or at the base? The reason I ask is because the last inch of my base is similar, but I don’t use it for measurement because it’s unlikely to be used for penetrati...

Re: Do young implantees feel that they’re on borrowed time?
To answer the original question: no, even knowing that at 36 I’m likely to have 4+ revisions, I’m not worried about it. People with health risk factors are more likely to need revisions, causing them to be over-represented as you get further up the curve. Additionally, it’s well known anecdote that ...

Re: Increase size possible?
The above “quote” covers two responses. My response is the first response. I went from a girth of 4.4” to 5.5”. Not sure I gained any length as a result of pumping because I also used an extender. In any case, I gained from 5.5” in length to 6.3” Hey dt, what model of implant are you using? I have ...

Re: UTI's and implant
I will sound a bit paranoid here, but could the reservoir be pushing on my colon causing diverculitis? it's on the same side. And could a perforation in the colon infect the reservoir . I've been on antibiotics for 5 days but still getting pain. I was curious about the potential for perforations an...

Re: Length & Cycling
Let's say this is a part of the six year update, which I have been splitting up in a few different posts. For some reason, when I was masturbating the other day, there was a folding rule on the table beside me. It's been some time since I measured my dick, and I think in recent posts I've been sayi...

Brothers, not sure what you're looking for here. Canalguy's last update was to let us know that he was giving his partner multiple orgasms and sex lasting more than an hour without pain, and dick size is same as pre-surgery size. All of this within a month of surgery. Our brother has ridden off into...

Re: Cost of revision?
I got implanted 3 months ago, insurance only partially covered it. Facility fee for the hospital, which didn’t include the implant hardware or the surgeon’s fee, was $8k. On one hand, I don’t expect this fee would be any less for a revision than an initial implant, and I don’t think a medical device...
