My Doppler was done also this way. I only got maybe 60% hard with the medication. They got what they needed to see. In my case they still can not tell me why I have ED. Very disappointed after years of ED and finally getting a DR. To do a Doppler a few months ago.

No expert but from my research The titan cylinder can expand to 21mm (.827”) x 2 = 1.65”.that’s 5.2” diameter. Then add the thickness of your penis around the cylinders. So If you had a larger girth before implant the cylinders should be able to expand to your size before implant if not above that. ...
