New treatments of ED
Hi! I am struggling with my venogenic ED almost for 5 years now. For the moment I am using PDE-5 and cock rings, but that treatment works poorly due to pain in my penis when I am wearing my cock ring and dizziness + nasal congestion because of inhibitors. To my best knowledge there is no better perm...

Venous leak or bad muscle work?
So I did doppler test. My uro injected papaverine. He found venous leak (19.1 cm/sec), but after half an hour I reached erection and it has lasted for 3 hours, so my doctor had to call me back and inject adrelanine. His hypothesis is that my problem is neurogenic, more specifically he said that ther...

Rigiscan, polysomnography and NPT as a diagnostic approach
Hi, guys.
I have some reasons to belive that my ED is mostly psychogenic and I have nocturnal penile tumescence. Does anybody know about Rigiscan and polysomnography as method to exclude organic cause of ED? Has anybody done these tests? What was your experience. Thank you

Re: Why not implant?
Have your uro do a test for venous leak. If that is the problem then an implant is the answer in my opinion. 26 is way too young to not be able to obtain an erection. I did years of pills, then injections until they failed. Wish I could have skipped all that, but...... Yes you will probably need a ...

Why not implant?
Hi, guys. For the moment my uro prescribes me medication to reverse my deteriorating erectile function. However there is a chance, that my problem is organic (venous leak). I am 26 years old and I am considering my options. I also single and want to be active on dating market. And an implant honestl...

Re: Anybody here with similar symptoms?
Hi there, Sorry to hear buddy. I got similar problems like you after using Propecia. It's good to hear you didn't took it for too long. I advise you against taking SSRI anti-depressants if you are feeling down. Also hit the gym and use a VED if you don't have nighttime erections. Did you combat the...

Re: Advice on using pump
do you regularly get strong morning wood? if so, you shouldn't observe any deterioration as far as I know. but yeah if you don't get sufficient morning erections, then go ahead and use a pump (but with many precautions of course) No, i have rare morning wood. What precautions are you talking about?...
