Re: Me & My Genesis Malleable
Thank you to everyone that has contributed to this post, I wish there were more info, to easily find on the malleable, I can only share just what I experience first hand as I progress using this new device, to go with the MPP was a tough decision to make for some reason, we all have those decisions...

Re: Regicon Malleable Implant Journey
That's a nice hammer. What's your length and girth, and what length are your implant rods?
Re: Dr Perito
I feel confident in my choice of using him as a surgeon and he’s also right in my backyard. I would like to hear firsthand from anyone who’s had an implant done by Perito and his team. I’m mainly interested in loss (or gain) of length and/or girth. I’ve been diagnosed with a venous leak. I’m health...

Re: Me & My New Malleable
That's a nice-looking hammer. Still plenty of girth, which is an oft-mentioned concern when it comes to malleables. Did your doctor give a reason for installing the Genesis over the Tactra or Rigicon? When do you get to tap your first piece of ass with your new rig?

Re: High volume Surgeon ?????
I wanted Perito to do mine because I wanted IP install, I wanted a Titan also and I liked his volume. I couldn’t afford the trip as I live in Arkansas. So I researched and found a Dr that was trained on him that practices in Dallas and does 150-175 a year and on his credentials on his website he sh...

https://www.auajournals.org/doi/abs/10.1097/JU.0000000000003352.10 This is a study involving 1105 implants. It's only one study, but that is a big sample 2 things of significant interest to me were that (a) median time to revision for AMS was only 2 years and average time for Coloplast was only 4 y...

Re: Another Revision Needed Now....
For me, the idea of just once piece. Balls and belly cavity I don't need to worry about. Healing is great...I was in action within a month! ! I had it in as a place holder for my Titan, but looking back, I wish the Titan was the malleable, lol. Which malleable did you have: Genesis, Tactra, or Rigi...

Always bang her first. Get her off so hard she forgets her name. She won't care what's powering your dick after that. Just that she gets it hard and often.

Re: FDA link to see improvements of implants
The 7/2020 Titan silicone upgrade, which can be seen in the list, was a huge deal. I remember Dr. Perito talking about it when I got my implant. There have been very few reports on this board of early failures of Titans implanted after that date, especially the Genesis/classic pump model. But quite ...

Re: Rigicon Malleable implants
If your doctor said to point it upward then you should do your best to keep it pointed upward. Tucking it into an elastic waistband might help.
