Re: Lack of engorgement

As someone who isn't implanted forgive me if i sound ignorant but isn't the implant still a considerable step up on what you had before? To have even considered coming this far your ED must have been pretty severe.

Re: Giving up on erections but not on life or women

Background: 30 years old, ED after I injured myself 10 years ago. Used viagra the last 10 years. After a recent perusal of the literature it seems there are significant risks associated with viagra, and in any case the side effects are bothersome and the efficacy somewhat unsatisfactory. The last f...

Re: 8 Months Post-op

I'm 8 months and change post-op. I've regained all lost size (VED daily). The pump has gotten easier to push more and more. My girlfriend has had to go to the doctor for micro-tears in her vagina, but is more attached to me than ever. Our neighbors can probably hear her regularly through the walls....

Re: Is it possible to get implant with hourglassing and pudendal nerve issues?

My nerve symtpoms align with HF but theyre a lot more severe than thee typical hf case. I also have an hourglass. I am more than ready to get an implant, mentally. But I want to ask if the hourglass or pudendal nerve issues are going to serve as restrictions for me. I look forward to any advice, ex...

Re: This is killing me please help

I would advise booking an appointment with a pelvic physiotherapist and ruling out pelvic floor issues. A lot of the symptoms you're describing sound similar to CPPS

Re: HF and VED's

VED's are used by many on here prior to implantation in order to restore or retain size, and to loosen up the tissues to make the implantation procedure easier for doctors. I feel like using a VED would be tricky with HF, as the smooth muscle of the corpora cavernosa are tightly contracted in HF, a...

Re: 1 year+ update

It’s difficult to get through this psychologically it feels like knowing that you’ll never really be quite good enough. I don’t know what I imagined when I had the implant but it’s kind of the same feeling that I had before it. I'm no expert but it sounds to me you were undersized. Did you have pey...

Re: Post-finasteride syndrome, post-Accutane syndrome, post-SSRI sufferers

There’s a PSSD forum. Try to find an solution for you. Sometimes I take SSRI and don’t have PSSD but have an unstable erection (from years ago after first SSRI dosing). There’s good days and bad days, good moments and bad moments. A minutes ago I almost fall in sleep and get a hard erection for 5-7...

Re: Post-finasteride syndrome, post-Accutane syndrome sufferers

You're right, I probably should've added post-SSRI syndrome to the title. I don't know as much about post-SSRI, but I have read it is similar. My urologist doesn't fully get what I am dealing with yet, I think he believes I have run of the mill ED that is part aging, part psychogenic (couldn't be f...
