I use Tri-mix gel but do not use a condom for vaginal sex. My Urologist never gave me instructions to use a condom. Unfortunately, I don't have oral sex.

I'm interested in this too. My penis is always at 10 o'clock position but may have always been at that position prior to the implant. It doesn't cause any problem with sex.
