The issue is also that PSDD and ED/PE secondary to mood stabilisers and antipsychotics is more difficult to treat. Hoping vardenafil is a good step, after that maybe injections + dapoxetine +/- oral meds. But the implant is still a preferred longer term solution for me.

I think the risks of e.g. infection are outweighed by the benefits. Dapoxetine doesn't add much time at all, even though effective.
