Re: Issues 5 yo Coloplast Titan

Looks like you have a cylinder anuyersem/herniation.

Get an MRI done to be certain.

U will need a mesh/graft to patch that.

Looks fine to me. Don’t get too obsessed with how your penis looks, the implant is working and thats what matters. Your penis is big and you can have sex.

Do you have pain? Is it flaccid pain or whilst inflated? Can you you elaborate on it and tell us how bad it is?

Re: What can be done about scar tissue

Do you have any problems with the implant at the moment? If not I wouldn’t worry about it. If you’re having issues go get an MRI done and see what they can find through imaging. MRI is a safe procedure with no risk. Also in terms of doing work to scar tissue, some of the high-volume surgeons do comp...

I’m surprised at the 4-5 revisions for inflatables within 10 year comment. Must be due to more frequent use as a young person?

Re: Glans pain from implant tips

Hey brothers, thanks for your advice. Everything has been well so far. The glans pain has decreased and is almost pretty much gone. I’m just gonna inflate for sex or masturbation now. I cycled 1-2 hours a day for the first 18 months. No specific routine sometimes I would do a morning session and a n...

Re: Glans pain from implant tips

Hey brother, Yeah length and girth is all back. I hope it is only glans irritation. I wish I just stopped cycling at the one year mark because size isn’t everything. Not to mention the fact that we are reducing the implant lifespan by cycling daily past the one year mark. Just gonna rest my penis. I...

Re: Glans pain from implant tips

AB - I have had similar issues, 9 month post-implant, have been checked by 3 urologists in Australia, no sign of erosion. I have also had some auto-inflation, so have been partially inflated all this time, enough for the dog ear to show, but not enough to be completely flat. My understanding is tha...
