I found Tommy Johns to work very well. Good support and with the easy access flap makes all the difference. Great support as well, not as heavy as a jock strap but somewhere in between. Expensive but IMHO worth the money.

I'm 6 weeks post and for the 1st 4 weeks post I was maintaining a 60% erection to reduce scarring. Now I'm am inflating everyday for 45 minutes.
