Re: Gaining back length post surgery

I was fortunate not to lose much size, only about a 1/2” in both length and girth at the time I was first able to pump up at about 4-5 weeks and measure. I started cycling at 4 weeks but did not do it very aggressively until 6 weeks and stepped it up a bit further the last week and a half. I’m doing...

Re: Update at Nearly 8 Weeks

BP, glad to hear about your great update and that you are doing great. That's great that you were able to start having sex at 4 weeks, I didn't try till after I was released at 6 weeks, but I waited till the 8 week point because everything still hurt a lot. For me, even at 8 weeks it wasn't great s...

Re: Update at Nearly 8 Weeks

Good writeup sworks17, I also rails to trails with my wife and enjoy cycling, I had the Titan coloplast implanted 5yrs ago and it has failed, Dr. Thinks tubing failure. I have often thought about the bicycling causing this but nice to hear others are not having issues. I think a malleable may be wo...

Re: Persistent Swelling

I think it’s pretty normal for some. I still had good bit of swelling at 3-4 weeks and still have a little now at 8. I’d keep in contact with your doctor, because at times swelling can indicate infection, but usually there is severe pain in those cases based on my understanding. I think I also start...

Update at Nearly 8 Weeks

I have added some comments on other threads, but haven't really provided much of an update over the last few weeks. Things have been relatively uneventful and progressed similar to others that had easier recoveries, but I thought I would continue to tell my story because it may help someone. I think...

Re: Implanted 2/14/24 - First Five Days

Thanks for sharing your progress. Now that you’re a little further along how is your swelling? I ask because I had my procedure nearly 3 weeks ago and I’ve still got lots of swelling in my scrotum. Just wondering when yours went down. Also, what’s deflation like for you? Mine never seems to fully d...

Re: Bicycle riding

I am not back on my bike yet, but hope to be soon. It’s my primary aerobic exercise and I need to get back to it. I’ve been gaining weight like crazy these last six weeks. Got the release from Dr. Clavell yesterday at 6 week appt. He said to get back on the bike whenever I’m ready. I’ll probably try...

Re: Titan XL Flaccid Evolution

I have the 22 and I’m only 6 weeks out. Mine certainly hangs down when deflated. It’s definitely a shower now (6”+ deflated), still quite firm and doesn’t quite rest on the balls all the way down, but it’s hanging down and the tip is pointing at the floor. I still can’t comfortably keep it pointed u...
