Yes! dont over pump and start pulling skin past the gland ( assuming your circumsized ) let your dick enjoy the moment for 5 to ten minutes for three days, skip a day or two, repeat. Pull till it feels thats all you got with out pain. keep this up for 6 mo you will get back what you lost.
