Re: Newly Bionic

Day 18 Post-op Well guys, in the last few days I must admit that the "what have I done?" feeling that so many men describe has begun creeping in. Logically, I understand that it is still way too early to draw any conclusions about my result. But on an emotional level, looking at the flatte...

Re: Info on surgeon

I've heard good things about Dr. Alex Tatem in Indianapolis. Not sure if that is less than 2 hours. Explain to your wife that when it comes to this procedure, all surgeons are not created equal! Driving a bit further might mean the difference between a good result and a disastrous one. Also, Dr. Law...

Re: Newly Bionic

I think this is common dermatitis from the scrotum being stretched to a point it's not used to. I had a similar issue on my scrotum and even had dry scaly skin at the bottom of the scrotum where the pump was. Once you're at a point where you're healed (7-14 days), you should be able to start using ...

Re: Oversize fix

Steve87, Sorry to hear about your issues. I hope you find a solution soon. Also, thanks for posting the MRI images. It’s interesting to see an internal view of the implant at work. I assume you were inflated during the scan? Was that awkward? Currently, my right cylinder is roughly 0.5 cm further in...

Re: Glans engorgement or not?

So far it looks like I am going to maintain my previous (imperfect) glans engorgement. When aroused, I can force blood into my glans and spongiosum by kegeling. I’ve only done this deflated so far. I think it will probably be more difficult to do it when inflated, given the pain and rigidity. I have...

Re: Sore scrotum

Rescuebrady, I am 2 weeks out and can definitely relate. I had a lot of scrotal pain when I initially tried cycling 1 week post-op. I could only get 4 or 5 pumps before I tapped out. Waited another week and that made a huge difference. Yesterday, I got 12 full pumps and stayed inflated for 30 minute...

Re: Newly Bionic

Day 14 Post-Op Feeling much better. Very little discomfort or pain at this point (at least deflated--more on that below). Bruising is starting to fade, but still pretty bad. Honestly, it was ugly before. It looked like I got kicked in the nuts by a horse! The worst thing at this point is probably th...

Re: Newly Bionic

Day 8 Post-Op Tried cycling yesterday. It didn't go as well as I hoped. While I was able to easily find the deflate button and deflate completely, I could only get 4 or 5 five pumps in before the pain in my scrotum became overwhelming. I am clearly still too swollen/inflamed. Will take it easy this ...

Re: Newly Bionic

How about some pictures, with a 24 it has to be nice. Appreciate your interest. I'll consider it. As for size, I haven't inflated fully yet, let alone cycled, so it's not looking too nice at the moment. Hopefully, three months from now will be a a different story. Hi! Can I ask you what was your bo...

Re: Reservoir volume...how much is too much or too less?

Assuming 75cc is adequate to allow full inflation of an implant, I would think it would be preferable. Why would you want a bigger foreign object shoved into your abdomen if you don't need it?
