Just a quick note about your comment regarding re-capping the needle before the injection. Since the exposed needle touched the closed end of the cap which presumable was not sterile, there was a risk (albeit small) of contamination from the exposed cap, similar to letting the needle touch your desk...

I combine a daily low dose tadalafil 5 mg with trimix. The tadalafil is enough for some slight chubbies at night, but not strong enough for sex with a partner.

Is there any chance that your T level is low? Perhaps you could work in a test the next time you have your blood checked? Gels can be used to supplement T, so it wouldn't necessarily involve injections. I think trimix is going to be pretty darn tough to hide. Not only does it need to be refrigerated...

I suggest discussing with your urologist or Primary Care Provider (PCP). The testosterone might be covered by insurance. I don’t think trimix is covered by most insurance, but your PCP could help with the prescription. I’ve not used the men’s clinics.
