I had Titan done by Ralph and his team 2 years ago.
Very happy , he is a bit miserable but surgically spot on.
Had great care and after care on NHS .didnt cost me a penny.
Still get telephone consultations every 8 months or so.
Hoping it will last for 10 yrs.

No he does them privately they cost around £13000 but if you referred to him the waiting. List is about 6 months and then it's free

Uclh in london for nhs but also has a private practice, just Google him. He's the top doc in the ik

I'm interested as well. I rang the 2 main clinics in london and they wouldn't do it on someone with a implant.

One other point I would mention after reading other threads.
If you have it done on nhs, if there are any problems they will take care of it free of charge.
If it gets infected they will take it out and put a malleable in. Then after a period of time out you another implant in.

I saw Ralph privately but got my doc to refer me to him at uclh through national health.
After consultation with him it took about 6 months.
But I got Titan installed for £0 and it's great, wish I had done it sooner

I had auto inflation for first 6 weeks and once the implant softened up it stopped . Now flacid just hangs normal . Give it 3 months before you make your mind up. Hopefully you will get 10 yrs of enjoyment out of it. Using a penis pump helped mine soften up, so that may help I use mine inflated and ...
