This is another reason I'm glad my dr. only let me put a mallabble implant in. His NP warned me that once implanted you had to "exercise" the implant almost daily yo keep the pump from riding up into your testicles. I told he I can't get motivated to go to the gym can't see me exercising ...

Yes, swollen (large orange) for 2-3 weeks, post implant procedure. I too, panicked and sent the surgeon a pic. You guessed it...he said that is normal. Also, I did NOT have a drain. IMHO,
By all means, continue to cycle. Over the next few months, the pains subside, and the pump softens. Over the long run, you'll get the best from your implant.

IMHO, yes. they're worth a try. Now, as for 5-10 years, not so much. In the meantime, use a VED to help with good blood flow.

AND...get a good urologist, and work with him/her
