Yes, swollen (large orange) for 2-3 weeks, post implant procedure. I too, panicked and sent the surgeon a pic. You guessed it...he said that is normal. Also, I did NOT have a drain. He said I didn't need it. After about 6 weeks+ all good. Oh, did I mention that I was black and blue from the waist do...

IMHO,
By all means, continue to cycle. Over the next few months, the pains subside, and the pump softens. Over the long run, you'll get the best from your implant.

IMHO, yes. they're worth a try. Now, as for 5-10 years, not so much. In the meantime, use a VED to help with good blood flow.

AND...get a good urologist, and work with him/her

I wasn't that thick when I was 18 yo.
I really think that post-op, after I was healed, it was the attention to inflating twice a day, to the max.

Yes. Post procedure, at about 6 weeks, at the base, the circumference was 135mm. Now, and has been for over 3 years, 170mm.
