Re: Need advice/support Please... Considering implant

Your mileage may vary....... I had read these boards for years and had arguably the best surgeon in the USA and I still lost 1/3 of my previous length and width. The tips don't even reach the base of my glans. Why? I don't know...... The first time I pumped it up, my wife said, "honey, is that ...

Re: Post-implant shortage observation

I have been working mine just like lgx man said (for about 4 months now), but mine is still 1/3 shorter and thinner than before. And I had arguably the best surgeon in the USA. I can learn to live with the loss of size (though it is ego crushing), but it is the small, floppy head (tips don't go all ...

Did you have post-implant contact from doctor?

I had the standard two week follow up, and at 6 weeks I had a trip to the doctor for activation. Then I received an e-mail a few days later saying that they hoped everything was going well. Is it normal to have additional follow-up check-ups? Did your surgeon contact you at 6 months, one year, etc. ...

Re: Is this all worth it?

I believe that it is just the opposite; most of the happy guys post often, but those of us who got a bad result just go away and brood silently........... That is why I post often about my bad results - so that people considering an implant will be fully aware of all the possible outcomes......

Re: Post-implant shortage observation

I have read that if there is scarring and/or plaque buildup inside the penis, that it can cause the implant cylinders to be unable to expand. So that could be one cause. Another one, of course, could be from the surgeon undersizing your cylinders (and rear tip extenders).

using a VED after implant??

I am suffering from floppy head due to the fact that my implant tips stop short of my glans. This is causing problems with intercourse, and I am wondering if using my old VED might help? I used it for months before my implant and it always made the glans very big/hard. My penis shaft is hard enough ...
