I suggest combination therapy in these cases. Oral phentolamine by itself is useless for me, but it's brilliant when I take it in combination with udenafil. Combination may, however, worsen side effects, always consult your doctor first. Flavio, where do you get Oral phentolamine? Never heard of it.
