There Is Help Available
Hello All, If you come to this thread, I want you to know that there is help here and out in the physical world. Please know that, based on my experience, it makes a lot of sense to feel like ED is destructive in many ways. I felt like my life was devastated by ED. I still feel like I missed many ye...

Re: High volume Surgeon ?????
I have been reading on "Only use a high volume surgeon". How can one verify if a surgeon is a High Volume Surgeon? Yes, they may answer YES. If a surgeon does 100 or so PTs a year, how can that be verified? Is there a Google question? I don't think the doctor will share his surgery list, ...

Re: Almost completely impotent, what do I do to not lose my mind?
I have penis fibrosis for over 3 years now due to a medical negligence from NPD Nathan Papadeas of Tempe Az, he injected me a high dose of Trimix at my first visit....Anyways, 3 years after that episode my penis developed multiple plaques and I'm almost completely impotent, but I do not want to ris...

Re: So many surgeon's without empathy
I guess I'm fortunate. My urologist is funny, attentive, and sympathetic. I felt comfortable talking with him almost immediately during our first appointment nearly four years ago. By the end of the appointment, I was telling him how I would have liked to fuck the hot young receptionist of his depar...

Re: Inflow issue
Nerve issues and vein issues are two different things. I'm not a doctor but from what you said about a long bike trip you could have damaged a nerve or a vein. Time to see a men's sexual health urologist to get diagnosed. You're probably right, Old Guy. I was diagnosed with damage to the pudendal n...

Re: Who's had the implant long term and happy???
I have had my implant 13 years in February. Had great sex with my wife all these years until she suddenly passed away in 2022. It still works well even though I am no longer sexually active. Masturbating now and then. Hopefully I can encourage someone to move forward with their considering an impla...

Re: Inflow issue
Arterial insufficiency basically. Inflow problem would be inadequate blood flow to the penis. Venous leak is a problem with blood flowing out of penis. So, I think my answer is yes. When I was 32, I took a 2,000-mile bicycle trip. I did it in five weeks and averaged around 60 miles per day with a f...

It seems most implant patients get them due to venous leak or prostate issues.
I'm curious, too, as to what you mean.

I can relate.
There were times before I got my implant when I seemed consumed by anger and humiliation over my ED. I would turn all that negative energy on those around me. Consequently, I did some real damage to people I cared a lot about.
