What's the best way to maintain flow and spontaneity when is your partner that decide to initiate sex? Which strategies have you implemented? One if the reasons i went for the implant, i cant keep waiting for a cure for HF, sooner or later i had to move on, didnt feel good getting close to 30 and never having a good sexual experiance. Yeah I can't imagine living 16 years with ED, it must have been awful. You totally made the right choice...

One thing to consider is the amount of silicone in your body. Just a quick look at penile implants tells me that there is nowhere close to as much material in both penile implants as there is in a single of the smaller breast implants.
