Re: Post-prostatectomy- my experience and relative facts

This past year has completely sucked donkey dicks! A few months after the RPP, I broke my foot. Then covid pushed my knee repair to late summer. So along with all the goddamn RPP rehab, I’ve been hobbled and worthless. I just recently started using the stairs at work again. I’ll follow up after I ge...

Re: Post-prostatectomy- my experience and relative facts

^bump; resurrecting this post with new info. We're all in this together... So I'm passed my 1 year post RPP and my PSA is still <0.01, so I'm good to go for now. My testosterone is still in the gutter- I'm a zombie and can't sleep. The incontinence has improved- but I still piss myself when coughing...

Re: Getting stuck in pump (girth)?

Because if I only use the large 1.75" seal with the C cylinder, half of my scrotum gets sucked into the tube. I use the 2 seals to pump only my junk, but I'm getting stuck in it.
I'm not getting a full inflation (length-wise) but more of a football-shaped result.

I know, I'm abnormal...

Getting stuck in pump (girth)?

I've had the Soma pump for nearly a year. Up until recently, I've been able to get full inflation. Now it seems I'm no longer getting a full extension, but I'm pumping more blood into a shorty and increasing my girth. I'm getting stuck in the $%^& pump, and have even pulled out with one of the b...

Re: Don't get erect in device

(I don't understand why i can achieve an erection by mastrubation (with a lot manual and sexual stimulation) but not with a VED.) Because the VED pulls veinous, or cold blood into the penis, and not triggering the sphincters to shut and hold blood in there. So when you release the vacuum, the blood ...

Re: Where should I get support?

Clear0cn, I feel yer pain buddy. Most of us were in the same boat for different reasons. I just recently found a psychotherapist who understands the whole post-surgery/ED/feeling like shit dilemma. I found him from a referral from one of my dr. buddies. I've been searching for months, and even rejec...

Re: TENS unit for ED?

I got the loops and am trying different combos to see what works. So far, just a stinging sensation around the glans. I was able to fire the pelvic floor muscles with a pad and some pressure on the perineum, but no shocks along the shaft. Water-based lube helped a little. I don't expect too much fro...

Re: TENS unit for ED?

I ordered a pair of loops ($25) to see if it works. I'm also waiting for my smartstim account to be approved. As stated above, I'm just trying to see if I can jumpstart the nerves again- so I'm not concerned about any orgasms. As many have stated, it takes 1-2 yrs after RPP to see any results for ED...

Re: TENS unit for ED?

So please educate me on this: If we don't have a prostate, and the nerve bundles are detached, or just hanging loose; then how does a anal probe help? I'm not against any proven methods at this point (if it works), but I don't see the neurological connection. I guess my engineer brain can't wire the...
