If you had an infection but didn’t end up losing size I have a few questions.

Which doctor handled your re-implant?

What did your treatment protocol look like? VED use? How long between infection and reinstall? Did you use traction. Etc.

The problem is you were in the top 1% of girth to begin with. Even the titan isnt really made to accomodate that. Its no coincidence very singe thread about losing girth with the titan is from someone who was 6+. The squareness should round out over time. As far as the girth i would do 3x a day pump...
