I spoke to my chiropractor about it and he takes my situation into account when treating me. I laid on my stomach for the first time last week and it was slightly uncomfortable but manageable.

Re: Resume work after surgery

First two weeks are pretty uncomfortable,or were for me!Try it and see,we all heal differently! Same here. It will take 2 to 3 weeks to start to feel comfortable. I had to sit through a meeting for about 4 hours a week after my surgery - not good. I think it set me back a few days but all good now.

Yes cobber. The pain is something we remember but I had my IPP done 5 weeks ago and now have no pain. I'm pumping as per doctors orders and things are working. Hey, for the first time in years the sexual future looks bright. Hang in there!

The pain will reduce with time. I'm 5 weeks out and now have no pain. Good luck.

Re: Surgery Tomorrow!

Due to the time changes (Oz is a day ahead of you), I suspect you had the operation by now. I hope it went well and I wish you a good recovery.

Re: Your cycling protocol

Hi Just curious how you guys go about cycling everyday? Is it one hour at 100% inflation or more than that? I am doing at 1 hour twice a day at 100%. Is that similar to any one? Any different thoughts would be very appreciated. My doctor has told me daily inflation for at least 10 minutes at a time.
