100% of inflation needs 18/20 pump, but just with 10 pump the rigidity was awesome! I don't think implant need to be fully inflated for sex. 50% was very good, 100% only for destroy the rocks.

Update after 20 days:
I don't have anymore any ematoma, i can activate the implant quickly, i just have a little little bit pain in the penis when i'm inflate, but i think it's normal. My surgeon say in 15 days i can have sex

Stapler removed!

It's going great, i just inflate to 100% my implant

I just have a little bit of swelling in my penis, not more the scrotum. in monday my surgeon remove the stapler, the pump as more soft.
