Re: Orgasm after implant?
After an implant lots of nerves have been jangled around, and they take a long time to heal. Having an orgasm may take longer to achieve for a while until healing is complete. If you had good orgasms prior to implant they should return. Anything you could do with your penis before you should be able...

Re: Autoject vs. Inject-ease
When I was injecting I used an old model auto-inject. Hated it because it literally slammed the needle and mix into you, there was no adjustment on that thing except for depth.

Re: Dog ears hurt
Sorry but the best thing that's going to help is time. Things will soften after a while and fall into place. Like others said, use ice, a baby sock to cover your shaft (cut off the elastic part), and if your incision is fully healed my best two things were Aspercream and hot baths. A small dab of As...

Re: Feeling tubing under the left side of shaft
Give it time. It took me close to 6 months to not feel all the tubes, pump and cylinders. They will soften a bit and find their place before long.

Re: Do injections lose effectiveness over time?
Injections can lose effectiveness for some guys, other guys use them for years as noted by NothingLikeNeedles. Read the Injections forum here and you will see numerous guys who inject and have been for a long time. My advice is find a new doctor who will listen to you. Life is meant to be enjoyed. I...

Re: Icepack Underwear (good post-surgery idea?)
Try bags of frozen peas. Inexpensive and the bag will mold to your anatomy. Frozen bags of rice work too.
When the incision is fully healed and doc clears you to bathe, a hot bath is wonderful to ease soreness.
Hope all goes well for you.

Re: 71 years young Coloplast Titan Touch 2 weeks in
Sorry you're having lots of pain. Just remember what the end of the struggle will be like though, a penis that is always ready. If your incision is fully healed and doc clears you a hot bath may feel good. I took a hot bath every morning for close to 4 months. Another help was Aspercream, a small da...

Re: First post op follow up
Yes, that first inflation/deflation can be a real ouch. Still lots of bruising and swelling keeping things tender for a while.
I hurt for a week after doc tried to deflate me at my 2 week follow up.

Wish I would have found this site before my implant too. So much good information and many guys to help.
Sorry you had a bad string of luck getting going.
Stay around, keep posting and help the next one deciding "should I, or shouldn't I?"
