My thought on this is do what you have to do now, worry about the future down the road. When you're young why live a life of suffering if there is a fix. If you get to old age before you get fixed are you going to have the stamina to use it? And most important is the lack of erections all those year...

Good for you! At 4 hours it may be time to sound the alarm if you are hard stiff. If your erection is getting soft just hang tight for a while longer. A cold shower or ice bath on the sack may help speed things up.

For me there is no comparison. Pills worked fine for a couple years before the migraines and unreliability started. The hassle with pills was planning.
