Regarding Trimix injections, I've been injecting for seven years and I still get a miss every tenth time or so. Quite tricky. I don't see how a wife or girlfriend could do it right.

I've been injecting once a week for seven years and have no such problem. Alternate sides each time. Move up and down your length each time.

The two corpora have a few fluid connections, so after injecting, you squeeze your length a few times between base and glans, maybe three locations, to get some Trimix into the other corpus. This encourages a symmetric straight-ahead erection.

Good advice from Bud and bldoink. I'll just add that generally, thick penises need 1/2in=13mm and thin penises need 5/16in=8mm needles. Don't forget to keep a spreadsheet with all the injection parameters. I imagine my length divided into five zones, for example, which gives me ten injection points....
