Just started injections and kaiser tells me that with proper technique there's only a 5 % complication rate including scarring.I hear different claims about scarring,what can you tell me.?

I've only injected 2 times.The first time the medication came right out of the fridge.The 2nd time I warmed the syringe filled with Trimix in my hand first.I noticed the injection felt more comfortable at room tempature.My first injection was using 11 units of a 20/30/1 mix,I only got a 70% reaction...
