Sore Tips

I'm 10 weeks out from my implant and so far, it's the best decision I've made for my sex life. I've had more sex in the past 4 weeks than I have in the past 5 years. My penis near my glans where the firm tips are get sore. How long did it take for this to resolve?

Re: Agfa13- My Journal

I agree Jasonsa. I am at week 8. My body did not like the dissolvable sutures and began draining. Finally stopped draining last Thursday and is no longer red or painful. Still feels weird crossing my legs and feel the pump move. I am so happy with my erections though. I am penis is finally starting ...

Re: My implant journal—Kramer Urology, AMS 700 LGX

I'm at 8 weeks and my sutures just started dissolving. Apparently my body doesn't like the suture material and developed some localized inflammation with some opening of the incision site and drainage. Also, I had some skin peeling almost like with a sunburn that occurred. Dr. Kramer has been great ...

Re: Trouble with scab, chafing, and swelling still

Did you have any of those issues prior to the implant? You might email those pics to Dr. Kramer or see a dermatologist? That looks painful and not right.

Re: My implant journal—Kramer Urology, AMS 700 LGX

Awesome. Congrats. My experience was exactly the same, except I live in Baltimore, so didn't have the hotel experience and didn't see him until 4 weeks post-op. The catheter was the worst part of the whole experience. Ice! Ice! Ice!

Cord

I have developed a small cord that runs just under the skin of my penis. I am 6 weeks out from implant. It does not have the same coloring as a blood vessel, but has the same structure as a vessel. It is small in diameter, but runs the length of the shaft. It doesn't hurt. Has anyone ever developed ...

Re: Engorged Glan

I could still have erections before the implant, but couldn't maintain one. My glans becomes engorged when I'm aroused.

Re: Surgery

Post op, they had put a jock strap on me with my penis wrapped up in gauze. I also had a catheter till the next morning. I didn't really move off the bed for the first 3 days except to go to the bathroom and the kitchen. My surgery was on a Tuesday and I went back to work the next Monday. By Friday ...

Re: Getting implanted w Dr. Kramer Dec 17th

You arrive at the surgical center about 1 1/2 hour before your surgery is scheduled. They put in an IV, get your vitals, seen by anesthesia. He comes in and you discuss the plan, make sure everyone is on the same page and then you get implanted.
