Okay, so this was the first I heard of the hour glass effect, and after reading up on it, it's definitely what I have.

Nope, I feel nothing. Most everything I read about that condition relates to some form on injury, or pain, it gets bent, etc. I have nothing like that.

I have been shaving my balls for years now, don't have much hair down there anyways, so it's real easy for me. Never get cut. I keep the other area nice and trimmed, don't like shaving, I use a wahl beard trimmer, works awesome.

Did you have HIFU only, I have not read much about that treatment. I'm 57, had two forms of radiation about a year ago. I still get erections no problem, but it's not like it was before. Hoping it might get better before it gets worse as the seeds will be 100% used up in a month.

I'm a underwear junkie, tried them all. The most comfortable undies to date are ones that are convex shaped. So it's kind of like they have there own pouch that your junk is in. That way they are not stuck against your leg, etc.
