My experience changing to a Quadmix resulted in me reducing the amount down slightly from 5 units to 4 units, great results with fullness of erection for at least 2 hours then another hour to get back to normal.

I have for many years used the Vacurect pump before injecting as this has always made it easier to find the right spot to inject as I can easily see blood veins that otherwise would be hidden. I don't think using the pump before injecting would make your erection any larger.
