I gained about 1/8” in length when fully inflated, while gaining 3 inches when flaccid.
My girth is the same, although the shape changed from cylindrical to ovoid.

I last about 20 minutes, whereas before implant I lasted approximately 10 minutes on average.

I told a few people that I was going to have some “plumbing” issues taken care of. No one has asked for details.

I had a 1:30 - 2 o’clock erection before surgery; post surgery it’s about 3:30.

I was implanted with an AMS CX eight days ago. Yesterday, I went to my one-week post appointment. The doctor instructed me in how to inflate and deflate. He inflated then deflated me, although not entirely to a totally flaccid state. He told me to start recycling twice per day, 20 minutes at a time....
