Re: My implant journal, Kramer Urology, AMS 700 LGX

4 month update Very pleased with the outcome. The incision on my testicles has healed nicely—very straight and hardly noticeable. The pump is in a good location and easy to locate. I feel like I was nicely sized—no floppy glans and aesthetically pleasing (as Sheldon once said about his man parts on ...

Re: I have a question for guys that were growers and not showers that are now showers

I was a grower before surgery. Now with my “shower” flaccid penis, I find I am more comfortable wearing jeans and chinos that have slighter more room in the crotch and have more stretch to them. I spend a lot of my work time teaching college students, which means I’m standing in front of a lot of fe...

Re: Erection angle (and affect on sex positions)

My angle is 4:00 to 4:30 when inflated—same as my pre-surgery angle. I don’t have any problems with any positions; it bends up for missionary, and works well for woman on top (my favorite). Before having my implant I did not pay any attention to angle; it was news to me that most guys point higher t...

Re: Im booked with Dr. Perito and I'm Nervous as HELL

On my FT blog here I have posted pictures of my recovery post-surgery. Look at those to see what a peno-scrotal recovery looked like for me. Recovery was relatively easy, and I am really happy with the results.

Re: Billed for amount that insurer says I am not responsible for

So I sent an email to Danielle. She sent me an email telling me to contact the patient accounting department. But my email to patient accounting was returned unsent; people outside their organization are not allowed to send emails to the patient accounting department. Really? I put a hard copy of my...

Billed for amount that insurer says I am not responsible for

Hey guys. I received a bill from Chesapeake Urology for about $3k, but my insurer, Medica, says I am not responsible for this amount. It looks like I am being billed for an amount that Medica would not pay and that Medica says I should not be responsible for. Anyone have a similar experience? Today ...

Re: Waiting time Dr.Kramer ?

When I had my surgery in December 2019, I waited two weeks from the day Dr. Kramer and I talked on the phone to the day of surgery.

Looks a lot like my incision did when the sutures started to dissolve, and it caused inflammation. (See pics in my journal.)

Re: My implant journal, Kramer Urology, AMS 700 LGX

For those of you who might experience a similar issue, here is a photo of what my incision looked liked when I had a reaction to the dissolving sutures. There was also an induration (hardening) just under the incision. It happened as the sutures were dissolving. (My apologies for the unpleasant phot...
