I had this issue for the first month after surgery. It slowly got better. I am unable to hold it as long as what I used to, but the issue has mostly resolved.

I had an original implant and a revision all within 4 months when I was 35.

I can tell you that the revision is a much easier recovery than the original install.

I expect to have 4 more surgeries in my life if I am lucky to live long enough.

I did use Tatem. He is a great guy and a good surgeron. He made a mistake that 95% of surgeons would have made. Hakky immediately knew how / why he made the mistake. I would consider using Tatem again in the future if I couldn't use Hakky.

Deflate and then only pump when cycling. Do so in the shower.

40 pumps is max for me. I prefer to be at 30-35, but could probably still have sex with maybe 12 pumps.

There are multiple ways you can do it. I usually leave it 35% pumped on a date, then if we are grabbing drinks at home or Im in the bathroom I pump it to 90% and go from there.
