I have lost perhaps and inch of girth along with 2 inches of length. I think I was undersized and at 3 months I have gained nothing even with pumping to max daily.

Thank you. That bulge is thick and is obviously not a little tube. I can feel it in there when deflated but it isn't hard. So what limits length? The outer skin? The surgeon said that the 20 cm would fill me out since I was "shallow inside" but being 4" right now with 2" of loose...

Finally able to give an update. I continue cycling twice a day but am only getting about 2 partial pumps after about 10 minutes of being hard and pumping until I can not squeeze the bulb. I don't think I am getting anywhere as yet but will continue to try. I do get random sharp pains near the glans....

Have you seen the operating room report wherein the measurements your surgeon took of the insides of your tunica albuginea should be written down? You should gain some more in length and girth, when you cycle are you adding more pumps after waiting a few minutes and repeating this? I know after I first pump up and then wait I get several more big pumps and after that less each time. I will try to let it sit and see if I can get any more pumps...
