Re: Tri or bi mix Gel after implant
How do you prepare the miloprostol to inject it into you urethra? Its liquid I assume when you do that. Since its an prostaglandin like alprostadil (the one ingredient in tri-mix that burns)...do you get any burning sensation from it? Did you have that burning sensation from Trimix? Try Akina Pharma...

Surgeon recommendations in the Wash DC area
I used Kramer back in 2019. A friend is considering an implant. Any other recommendations for surgeons in this area?

Re: SHOW & TELL
I'm happy to talk to whomever and show and tell as well...either on cam or in person. When I got mine I was helped along by a patient of my surgeon (Kramer) who had recovered. We met through Skype at the time to chat. I'm the Washington DC area and also the Rehoboth Beach area. I helped a local guy ...

Tri or bi mix Gel after implant
Does anyone use the trimix or bimix gel in their urethra post surgery to get a more realistic engorgement of the head and thicker in the shaft? The implant works fine but I was thicker when erect using tri mix pre-surgery. I was told to try a rx gel you put in your urethra. It works but it stings. I...

Re: Reservoir placement!
I had the same issue...previous hernia surgeries. And in addition I'm fit so I have a flat tummy. The doc told me he had difficulty placing it. It on my upper right side. He could not get to the "void" they usually use because of the surgeries. The doc said he can feel it when he pushes th...

Re: Can Titan's grow with cycling
Dr Kramer told me that cycling does help regain length. I lost about an inch. I cycle twice daily. He said you don't have to leave it long. Cycle up as far as you can go...give a minute or two...you should be able to get more pumps in...repeat until you can no longer get the pump to move. Hold for 5...

I actually think it's a better plan to fly here if you don't have go back so quickly. I'm at 5 weeks now and could probably fly with no issues.

Re: A couple of questions from a completely blind guy…
I have a Titan and I'm about 5 weeks out. I believe that with either implant your flaccid state will be more "stretched" than now. The cylinders don't (at least in the beginning) shrink the way your natural penis did/does. At the same time, it does not look unnatural. There are plenty of g...

Re: Young man in 30s from Asia - 2 questions
When I was researching surgeons I was told more than 500-700 surgeries is what I should be looking for. Part of why I selected Kramer (i didn't know about his reputation or this site at the time) was because he was not tied to one brand of implant or one way of doing the procedure. This gave me the ...
