Does the bulb fill back up after you have squeezed it or does it remain flat until you depress the button?

I would try a different urologist and if they can or cannot squeeze the bulb but it should give you an idea on which way to progress

The answer to soft and squishy question, yes mine are. Titan coloplast, mine failed in March of this year. I am in the process of talking to urologist about the revision. I do hope you can find a surgeon to take you, or travel outside the US.

Makes sense, valve reduces pressure on implant if the pressure gets to high. I had a Titan and I would pump it till you couldn't get another squeeze in.
