I hope you ask about malleable, I have only had 1 implant and it has went bad, as much as I have been reading seems the IPP fail pretty commonly. Maybe malleable is the way to go, but I am 64(soon), so maybe that would work better for me. Good luck and keep us posted.

My wife does not want a malleable, she says that the malleable will be hard to hide, doesn't bother me but it does her, will be going soon to a urologist to get a revision since the titan failed after 5 yrs. I purchased the one on Amazon a week ago, I have started using it this week. My implant failed and will have to have a replacement performed so in the mean time I am going to keep the fella working and maybe get a little more length while using it before the revision.
