I am now 74 and Had my implant in 2020. I struggled with the decision to have an implant but I am so glad I did. I started with pills then injections often with a poor result.

I strongly urge you to consider an implant. Best sexual decision of my life.

I cycle 4 to 5 times per week for about 45 minutes. Sex maybe once every 2 weeks. I enjoy having a full erection anytime I want it. Glad to be away from the pills and injections.

Normal size has almost fully returned.

Every man is different so what works for one guy may not for another. For me, the pills stopped working meaning use did not produce a hard enough erection for sex. I had my implant in May of this year. It’s only been a few months but so far it has been wonderful. I don’t miss the pills and the associated headaches or sticking needles in my penis. I would do it all over again!

MK, thanks for the information now I get it. I have been trying to depress both horizontal bars and now I know why that’s not working.

So, if I understand you correctly I am correct that the bar should compress but only one bar not both.
