Re: This Battlestar is Armed and Fully Operational!

Glad to hear your implant is working well for you Gruff. I put mine to good use two days ago for the first time with success! I'm still a bit sore down there but very happy to be a member of the brotherhood.

Re: Sore Scrotum / Low Pump

Hi Gruff, Thanks for the quick reply. You are right, your doctor's approach is very different from mine. As you said though, on this list we read of many different approaches to implant activation but in the end everything tends to work out well for most of us!

Sore Scrotum / Low Pump

I am now post-op day 29 with a sore scrotum. It would assume this to be quite normal but I don't read many posts by my fellow bionic brothers mentioning this. The majority of my scrotum is more or less normal color now but the bottom third is rather purple and sore. Underwear (or my thigh) rubbing o...

Re: Post-op Underware Question

I just wanted to post a follow up. My scrotum at day 23 was not really swollen but larger due to the pump. And, perhaps due to razor burn from the operation, my scrotum was very sensitive. I also don't have a lot of hair scrotal growing quickly which contributed to irritation when walking. My soluti...

Post-op Underware Question

Hello bionic brothers. I'm post-op day 23 and doing quite well except walking is uncomfortable due to a somewhat larger scrotum which is a bit sore on the sides especially where that part of my anatomy rubs on my inner thigh. Has everyone had this problem post-op or is it just me? My tighty-whities ...

MS Pump Question

When I push the deflate button on my brand new AMS700 MS pump I hear a hissing sound and my penis begins to deflate. In order to fully deflate and then squeeze my penis a bit to get the last remaining liquid out of the cylinders, do I need to hold in the deflate button or that one time for 4-5 secs ...

Re: Looking for a Dr in NC, what questions do I ask

Dr. Aaron Lentz at Duke is held in high regard in North Carolina. I was going to see him but then decided to have my implant done with Dr. Kramer in Baltimore. I was implanted just last week. When I called to make an appoint to see Dr. Lentz in November I was told that he could see me one month late...

Drive home after surgery

Hello everyone. This is my first post on FT although I have been an active lurker for more than a year! I'm having implant surgery with Dr. Kramer in Baltimore next month and have a question regarding driving home after the operation. The operation is in the early part of the morning and I was think...
