Re: Implant salvage today

Well done for going back and getting it sorted in time.

Sorry this has been so hard on you. It sounds like you are helping much better about it all.

Do you think you will return to an inflatable in time or will you just stock with the rigid?

Re: Delayed Ejaculation - New Forum

As you say, there is a dearth of information relating to men's sexual health. This site is a lifeline with a wonderful community.

A fine thing to develop to cater for another demographic of men suffering from a form of sexual dysfunction.

Thank you, Paul.

Hi, I wonder how you are today? Have you ever considered the possibility of using a constriction ring to combat the soft glans? There are a few implanted guys here that do that, it works for them. I myself use one now, with severe venous leakage to achieve a firm glans, without it I have no inflatio...

Re: RTE chat.... curious if they are absolutely necessary

I think I recall it being said that you can cut a length off the proximal plastic 'bit' of the implant itself. The plastic bit that sits in the crux, the bit to which you can connect rte's to. So if say you required 17cms, the closest implant was 18cms, you could cut off 1cm. Avoiding rte's. I'm sur...

That looks great. Stellar result with the titan. Looks very...normal. Dare I say. It's hard to imagine that it is not natural. It just looks...normal. That's the ideal I suppose. You're a lucky man to have a supportive girlfriend throughout all this, don't take her for granted! You've healed up very...

Thank you, Tangerine!

Tonight's reading for me, and probably many others.

Re: What is the earliest age one should get an implant?

If you had 100% probability at revision 5 then that would mean 20% probability risk of infection per revision. Yes? It's not that high, it's not close to it. I am aware that revision is riskier than virgin implantation, I am not aware that the risk per operation increases for subsequent revisions. I...

Re: Erection is good but penis is not lifting, some feedback is needed.

My usable implant starts a my pubic bone. 5cm RTEs are buried in my cruses , I point at 2-3 o'clock. RTEs do not make you point down. RTE''s contribute to you pointing down. http://www.smsna.org/scottsdale2016/presentations/206.pdf That is where I first learned of this effect. The device and tissue...

Re: Erection is good but penis is not lifting, some feedback is needed.

Do you have a few RTE's?

This could be the reason the implant is not sufficiently supported and 'angled up' when inflated. The inflatable portion is not nestled in, and thus supported by, the crux.
