Diagnosed with mild VL by Doppler ultrasound. Pills didn’t work. Urologist put me on Trimix as needed for sex, plus 5mg Cialis daily. The Trimix works great for me and has for 3 years.

I use the daily dose 5mg basically for BPH. However, the daily dose does keep my penis a little plumper flaccid. I do use Trimix for erection because even 20mg of Cialis won’t fully get the job done.
